Mr. Thomas Debass is a senior government leader with extensive experience and network in tech/innovation, global finance, economic growth, media, and public-private partnerships!
For the past 18 years, he has been working under various capacities for the U.S. Government and he currently serves as the Managing Director for Global Partnerships at the U.S. Department of State. Thomas has played a leading role in promoting and institutionalizing the role of innovation and partnerships as a tool for advancing policy and development objectives. |
